Just call our Telebanking number from your touch tone phone and indicate the type of transaction you prefer. For transactions involving your accounts, Telebanking will ask you for your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Telebanking can eliminate many of the trips you currently make to the bank while giving you more control of your account by providing up-to-the-minute information on all your activity.

You can start enjoying the convenience and additional privileges of Telebanking today and best of all its FREE. No need to complete an application or wait for approval. All you need is a West Town Savings Bank account number (use the number exactly as it appears on your monthly statement) and the last four digits of your social security number as your Telebanking personal identification number (PIN). Once you're in the Telebanking system we encourage you to personalize your PIN for added security. Before you know it you'll be accessing your accounts with one simple call.


TELEBANKING
When calling Telebanking you will start at the Main Menu. To access your account information, press 1 and Telebanking will ask you for your West Town Savings Bank account number. Enter it as it appears on your monthly statement and press the # (pound) sign to accept. Telebanking will then ask you to identify which type of account it is (1 = checking, 2 = savings, 3 = certificate of deposit, 4 = loan). Telebanking will ask you for your Telebanking Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the # sign. Your PIN is automatically set to the last four digits of your Social Security Number but once you're in the system we encourage you to change your PIN for greater security in the Account Information Menu, option 5. After your account number and PIN have been verified you can use any of the options available below.
