WTSB Adds New USDA/SBA Lending Division
Cicero, IL. Eric J. Bergevin, President & CEO of West Town Savings Bank, announces the addition of the USDA/SBA Commercial Lending Division. Mr. Bergevin further announces that Mr. Steve Skinner has been named Executive Vice President and Director of the Government Lending Division. Mr. Bergevin comments, “Steve Skinner is a seasoned commercial lender with over 30 years of lending experience with a concentration in the USDA and SBA lending area.”
The USDA Business & Industry Guaranteed Loan Program was established to improve, develop, or finance business, industry and employment as well as to improve the economic and environmental climate in rural communities.
The Small Business Administration (SBA) lending programs were created to assist American small businesses in obtaining affordable financing through banks for asset improvements, working capital, or to refinance existing debt.

With the ever expanding need of small businesses for assistance with the growth and viability of their businesses during this turbulent economy, WTSB’s new USDA/SBA programs give us the opportunity to offer our customers flexible, affordable financing options.”
Part of the expansion of the Government Lending Division includes opening an office in Myrtle Beach, SC managed by Mr. A. Riddick Skinner. Riddick brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in USDA lending as well as an established client base.
