Chairman, Mr. McConnell joined the WTSB Board of Directors in 2009; Mr. McConnell serves as Vice-Chairman of Art’s-Way Manufacturing Co., Inc. of Armstrong, IA (NASDAQ: ARTW), President of Bauer Corporation of Wooster, OH, and Vice-Chairman of McConnell Holdings, Inc. of Kinston, NC, among other business interests.
Dennis Kosobucki
Director, Mr. Kosobucki’s prior experience includes: retired President of West Town Savings Bank; Senior Vice President of Lending Operations, Land of Lincoln Savings and Loan; Mr. Kosobucki joined the WTSB Board of Directors in 1989.
Eric J. Bergevin
President & CEO of West Town Savings Bank; Mr. Bergevin’s prior experience includes: President and lead organizer of Albemarle Bank & Trust; Founder and Owner of New Vision Mortgage; President of Anova Financial Corporation; Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of OBA Bank. Mr. Bergevin joined the WTSB Board of Directors in 2009.
James J. Kemp, Jr.
Attorney; Founder and Partner in the law firm of Kemp & Grzelakowski, Ltd.; Mr. Kemp’s prior experience includes General Counsel to the Illinois Commission of Savings and Loan Associations. Mr. Kemp joined the WTSB Board of Directors in 1995 and has served as general counsel since 1990.
Joe T. Snyder
Founder and President of Snyder Insurance and Financial Services; Mr. Snyder Joined the WTSB Board of Directors in 2009.
Elizabeth B. Frye, M.D., F.A.C.P.
Physician; Consultant with Witt/Kieffer, Ford, Hadelman & Lloyd, Inc.; Dr. Frye’s prior experience includes: Senior Vice President, Ambulatory Services, Loyola University Health System; Medical Director of Primary Care, Loyola University Health System; Assistant Chair for Postgraduate Medical Education, Program Director of Internal Medicine, Department of Medicine, Loyola University Medical Center; Director, Ambulatory Care, MacNeal Hospital. Dr. Frye joined the WTSB Board of Directors in 2010.
